It depends on whether the attribute changed is an ID Attribute in your Looker LDAP settings.

cn , then upon the user's next login, a new user would be created. You would want to update the LDAP credentials in Looker, but since that isn't possible, you'd instead want to delete their LDAP credentials, make sure they have email credentials matching their LDAP email, and then merge by email.
