There appears to be a misconfigured proxy in front of your Looker server.

HTTP DELETE to Looker are failing.

HTTP PATCH to Looker are failing.

HTTP PUT to Looker are failing.

HTTP POST to Looker are failing.

Check to see if you have the ublock origin browser extension. This can cause problems with Looker.
