Short Answer: No.
For custom filters: When you use custom filters in the explore and save it as a Look, we can't edit the custom filter on the Look. Even so the custom filter is not a dynamic filter and the user didn't really need to know what is being filtered. We can't hide the custom filter in Looks, there is a feature request you can vote for on our feedback system: Hide the filter on the look.
A workaround is to add the look to a dashboard, and then the custom filter would be automatically hidden.
Regular (non-custom) Look filters will also not appear on the dashboard unless the dashboard is edited to add them.
