In Looker, you can sort on a single column by clicking the column header. To reverse the sort, click it again.
If you need to sort by multiple columns, you need to hold the shift key, while clicking on the additional column headers you also want to sort on (this should be done quite quickly after the first click). Click a header twice to reverse the sort on the additional columns.
The following example sorts both Retail Price and Items Cost, keeping the same Created Date:
